Membership Options

Unlimited Membership

One Month Membership – $135.00

*Includes open gym access outside of class. *Includes unlimited CrossFit and Yoga class access.

Pay Per Class

10 Session Punch Card – $130.00 ($13/session)

1 Session Drop In Rate – $15.00

*CrossFit experience or foundations classes preferred to participate.

CrossFit Classes

  • Class Duration:  60 min
  • Combines many different training disciplines.  One day you could be going for your 1 rep max snatch and another day you may be running a 5k.  Includes highly technical weightlifting movements, powerlifting movements, complex gymnastics movements (rope climbs, muscle ups, handstand walks, etc.), and many different varieties and durations of cardio movements.
  • This is our traditional CrossFit training class and will provide the most efficient and productive physical training out there.
  • This is for members willing to push their physical fitness to the next level and become the fittest version of themselves they can be.
  • No matter your current progress on your fitness journey, you can get started with the CrossFit training method.  All movements can be scaled to any fitness level and you will have expert coaching to guide you.

Yoga

  • Class Duration:  60 min
  • The CrossFit training methodology provides everyday people with the means to be their healthiest self.  In efforts to become more efficient in the gym, one must spend time at home improving their mobility and properly recovering from training.  Yoga will provide our athletes with the much needed mobility training, all while providing a great option for active recovery.

Open Gym Outside of Class Time

This option will work wonderfully for those of you that would like to supplement your normal classes, or make up a class if you are not able to make the scheduled times.  Everyone’s schedule is different and we know that God, Family, and work take precedent and will sometimes not leave time to work out your physical fitness.  With Open Gym, you may come in and enjoy our facilities and complete our Workout Of the Day (WOD) or any other training you wish to complete.
